Email Incorrectly Flagged as Spam

Email addresses or email domains can be whitelisted in cPanel -> Email section -> MailScanner -> "Email Black/Whitelist settings" button.

Members have the ability to adjust the Low scoring spam score (flag as spam) and the High scoring spam score (delete) in cPanel -> Email section -> MailScanner -> Other settings button, which will change the aggressiveness of the anti-spam filter.

Alternately, MailScanner spam scanning can be disabled via cPanel -> Email section -> MailScanner -> Either "Change All Domain Settings" or "Change Individual Domain Settings" -> Change "Spam Scanning" from "yes" to "no", but this is not recommended.
