What is a transfer authorization code?

The transfer authorization code is an added security feature for your domain registration.

The authorization code is one of the elements required to transfer from one registrar to another.

So, if you're transferring your domain to LinkSkyDomains.com, you'll need to generate the authorization code from within your account at your current registrar. You'll also need to make sure the domain is unlocked and remove any privacy feature. You can always add the privacy feature again at your new registrar.

If you need assistance locating your current registrar, open a ticket and we'll help you find where you domain is currently registered.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need further help.
